Plan for a Daily Reading of the Four Standard Works: One and Two Year Schedules
"I say that we need to teach our people to find their answers in the scriptures. If only each of us would be wise enough to say that we aren't able to answer any questions unless we can find a doctrinal answer in the scriptures! And if we hear someone teaching something that is contrary to what is in the scriptures, each of us may know whether the things spoken are false--it is as simple as that." This booklet makes no attempt to tell anyone how to organize his life so as to have time to read the scriptures. Nor does it offer any suggestions as to how to make a small reading project our of a large one. All it does is break down a large reading project into manageable proportions by offering a one year plan (365 daily readings) and a two year plan (730 daily readings) for surveying the Church's scriptural works. Eldin Ricks is a professor of Ancient Scripture at Brigham Young University and the author of various scriptural study aids, books, and articles. Title: Plan for a Daily Reading of the Four Standard Works: One and Two Year Schedules Your Price: Only $2.95
