Michael W. Hickenbotham grew up in Southern California and served a mission in France. He studied at Brigham Young University, where he met and married Kathy Walker and obtained a Bachelor's degree. He has spent more than 20 years in service in the military and in Church callings. He and Kathy are the parents of five children.
